I exercise daily and I eat relatively healthy. But I have some stubborn fat on my mid-section that just won’t go away.     I am 49 and will be 50 in May. I weigh 177 and desperately need to lose weight to help my health. Just had to start taking bp medication this year, I know it’s because Im carrying too much body fat, because of what I eat. Im active but had to quit running after a hip problem. I hoping to start running again but I know this journey is going to be more about what I am putting in my mouth.

    It’s simple I need to lose weight and I need a place and motivation to start.

    With heart disease, diabetes, cancer and who knows what else running through my family its just time for me to get healthy. Not to mention the constant aches and pains I have with being over weight. My biggest set back is a broke my ankle in 3 places and have had issues with that ever since it happen. I just want to get back to not being over weight and be able to to all the fun things with my daughters and my grandchildren. Not to mention I would love to get to wear all the cute clothes that slimmer people get to wear.

    Hi Laura,

    I have been fairly good with exercise and eating healthy but since going on a new birth control and hitting 48, the weight keeps steadily creeping up. The Advance spray and 2 pills seems doable and a list of things to eat instead of just winging it each day may be just the jump start I need. I’d love to lose a good 30-35 lbs and having a buddy to keep me honest sounds great. No more excuses!

    Hi! I’m 65, 5’4″ tall and 235 pounds over weight! Im mentally 45 and physically 55. My well woman physical was 1/11/2016. Other than being over weight, I’m healthy! Normal cholesterol….ldl/hdl normal range, no heart issues whatsoever, clean colon, great mammogram, not diabetic and blood pressure 128/82. But very low vitamin D. I’m internally healthy because I have eaten right because I have lived in fear of dying of pancreatic cancer….my mother died at age 62 in 1989.
    I swim, walk and do minimal exercise. I retired September 2015. I’ve tried all kinds of diets and eating programs. …lose the weight….gain double and destroyed my metabolism. I have friends who took the bariatric route and it’s harder and more dangerous than people realize. I decided against it. I’m active with my grand children, my husband and extended family and spiritually balanced! I need a break through in my life with the weight! I believe in my heart of hearts that this plan will provide that break through. If I had know about it when I was employed, I would have spent the money.     I would love the chance to do this with you. It sounds like I’m the heavy weight of the bunch. I need to lose almost 100 pounds to get to the weight that is right for me. I have tried various programs over the years, including Weight Watchers, Sparkpeople, etc. I am successful for a while and then, I put the weight back on and then some. I am 35 years old, a teacher, and mother of two. I have so much I want to do and be a part of and my weight and the toll it takes on my body keeps me from doing it. I can’t even ride all of the rides my children want me to go on at Six Flags. I would be happy to share before and after photos, because that will make it all the more real and help hold me accountable. I would also love to have a buddy to hold me accountable. It’s important to me to have that support, checks and balances without someone judging me. I really would love to do this with you. It is important to me because it impacts my life and the people in it.

    Lets make 2016 our best year yet! We can lose weight and save money. I need to lose about 30 pounds but its more about getting healthy. I suffer from adrenal fatigue and in order for me to get better, my diet must be changed.     Oh, PLEASE pick me! 30 lbs would be a good START to what I need to lose! I just finished nursing my 5th baby and I’ve never been this overweight.     1) I need to lose 35 lbs. I gained the weight through two pregnancies and cannot find the time to workout. I eat pretty healthy, but lead a busy life.
    2) Absolutely. I would love to show people my progress.
    3) I could always use another buddy.
    4) I had always been fit before I had children and still enjoy to work out. I just find that there is not enough time to get in a good work out between work and my home life. I work full time and there are so many temptations of cookies and lunches at the office and then I rush home to get dinner cooked and kids to bed. I have a great life, but I am terrified of getting diabetes. My mom passed away with complications of diabetes and every time I go for a check up with a doctor I am plagued with the idea that I am going to have it because I cannot lead a healthier lifestyle.     I would love to win this NutriSmart give away. I need to lose 45 pounds. The main reason I would love to do this is for my health. I am 48, a dad of 3 great kids, and I have always been overweight. Recently, I have been diagnosed with high cholesterol, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. Losing this weight would get me back to great health, off medications, and would make sure I am there for my kids.

  26. I would love to be your diet partner! I go to the Rec Center in Grapevine daily exercising 30-60 minutes daily and have relentlessly been trying to loose my midsection! I have lost 29 pounds in the last 4 1/2 months and still have another 30 lbs to go! I am 62 years old and yes my metabolism has definitely slowed down.

    1) I want to lose 35 lbs! After having a baby, my body just doesn’t look like it did back in the day and I want to fix it. Diet and exercise has only done so much for me thus far and I’m looking to up my game!

    2)I’m all about the before and after pictures. I definitely want to be able to see my progress myself. It’s a great tool in the future to remind myself why I want to continue to keep the weight off too!

    It isn’t even about looking good anymore, its about feeling good. I weigh 188lbs!!!! That is over 50lbs overweighed. My weight has been a rollercoaster last year and I am tired of it. I don’t want to just diet, I am ready for a life change! I don’t sleep well, I get tired easily and stay tired all day. I need to be held accountable!
