We have Kashi Oats in our pantry all the time. My kids aren’t allowed out the door without breakfast. Usually it’s a quick bowl of cereal. Often I’ll add some healthy toppings like strawberries, bananas in the spare moments we have in the morning :)!
However, this after school snack has proven to be a winner every single time.
Even though it has some “sweets” in it, the recipe also has a lot of healthy ingredients and I feel good sending my daughter off for 4 hours at gymnastics before she gets a full meal in.
It’s actually quite simple:
Kashi Oats
Yogurt
Strawberries
Chocolate covered biscuit sticks
Ghiradelli Chocolate
Marshmallows
Pour in the oats, add yogurt, add a few more oats and top with marshmallows, chocolate and biscuit sticks! Guaranteed to be gone in 5 minutes flat :)!
