February is a great month to visit the Dallas Zoo and take advantage of Penguin Days!

Plus, we’re going to have some spectacular weather the next several days!

Everyone age 3 and up, including adults and seniors, can visit the African penguins and all the other animals at the Dallas Zoo for just $5 per person during the month of February.

Penguin Days is a great time to enjoy the warmth of the Herpetarium, Bug U!, the Jake L. Hamon Gorilla Conservation Research Station, and the Simmons Safari Base Camp at Giants of the Savanna. Parking is $8 per vehicle. Children age 2 and younger and Dallas Zoological Society members are always free. Prices go back up in March so take this opportunity to explore the Dallas Zoo, the largest zoological experience in Texas featuring a 106-acre park, thousands of animals, and an education department that offers programs for all ages.

The Zoo is located at 650 S. R.L. Thornton Freeway (I-35 at Marsalis). The Zoo is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
