Take the kids fishing this weekend! The Roanoke Community Park will host Fishing in the Park on Saturday, March 4th between 9am and noon. This is a FREE event for the entire family!
There is no pre-registration required, and free hot dogs and water will be available.
Age groups of 6 and under, 7-11, and 12-16 will be awarded trophies and prizes for 1st and 2nd longest fish. Randomly drawn prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the event. Prizes will consist of sporting goods and fishing equipment. Get more information HERE.
