MasterChef Junior is back for a 4th season giving the best junior home cooks in America the chance to showcase their culinary abilities and passion for food through a series of delicious challenges. Each episode, host and award-winning chef Gordon Ramsay is joined by acclaimed chef Graham Elliot and our newest judge Christina Tosi on the MasterChef Junior judging panel.
Season 4 returns TODAY, Friday, November 6 at 8/7c on FOX. But that’s not the only thing they’re cooking up in November! I was luck enough to try out one of their new line of MasterChef Junior Inspired Cooking Sets for kids! These tools are kid-worthy and kid-friendly, but they are not toys. They are real cooking tools that will bring the family together to cook up a MasterChef Junior-worthy masterpiece. Complete with mouth-watering recipes, they will educate kids and inspire creativity and fun for the whole family.
We received a MasterChef Junior Pizza Cooking Set in the mail and my son (9 years old and a HUGE fan) got to work on making pies! I especially loved how all the tools were just the right size for his little hands and he that it was awesome to be able to slice his own pizza with the pizza cutter!

I love watching the children’s faces when they’re cooking.
Why I love this show.
My 4 year old grandson and I watch it together and it has inspired him to join me in the kitchen since he was 2.
I love watching his eyes as he sees these kids use talents that many adults do not have and can see his mind working on what to make for dinner.
He pointed this out to his teachers and other adults that children can cook and do more than just the simple basics like hold a plastic knife and cut up fruit.
He has also learned that the stove is hot and the oven is hot by using it with me instead of me having to shout… get away from the stove!!

I have a 10 year old son who has wanted to be a chef since he was three.The cooking channel is his favorite. Last summer he got to go to a local cooking camp. For his birthday we had it set up at our favorite Italian place for him to make his own pie n kitchen. Love to win the pizza cooking set for him.
This show is such an inspiration to kids of all ages and especially to those have have that passion to cook like my granddaughter does.

My oldest daughter (10 years old) loves to cook and MasterChef Jr is a positive show that we can watch as a family. With all of the inappropriate content on TV, MasterChef Jr gives us an hour each week that we can enjoy the TV while we spend time together. Cooking allows my daughter the ability to express herself and feel good about her creations!
This is the one show our whole family watches together. We missed the first episode of Friday, but will catch up and watch this week for sure. My boys would love to win this!
creative kids with creative minds….what’s not to love
I love it, because those kids teach me a thing or two about cooking. They are such an inspiration!
We love Master Chef and especially Master Chef Jr. because all of the kids have great personalities. My 6 1/2 year old granddaughter loves to see what the kids cook up every week. It’s so exciting to see the finale and who wins. She would love to own the set and start cooking up great concoctions herself.

There’s a lot to love about the show. First, it’s family-friendly. Also, there are good lessons for kids about following your dreams, having a can-do attitude, etc. We love cooking and baking as a family.

I love this show because as a m 30 year old mother of 2, I can barely cook simple dishes, but these tiny children are able to cook intricate meals with just practice and talent. I’ll admit, I’m a little jealous!!
