IHOP ~ Free Scary Face Pancake for Kids ~ Now Through 10/31

Now through October 31, participating IHOP Restaurants are offering kids 12 and under a free Scary Face Pancake. Only one pancake per child, and offer is only valid for dine-in.

Call your local IHOP restaurant before heading out to verify participation.
