July 4th Fireworks Celebrations in DFW Area

The DFW area has awesome July 4th fireworks celebrations – from parades to concerts to barbecues, you’re sure to have a great Independence Day! Here is a rundown of our favorite celebrations throughout the city- just look for an area near you to find the activities. If we’ve missed any, make sure and let us know!

Addison’s Kaboom Town: Festival starts at 5:00 pm with an amazing Fireworks Show capping off the night (FREE) July 3rd, 2015 at 9:30 pm

Bedford’s 4thFest: Live music, family activities, car show and more make this a fun place to be all day. The evening finishes with a great fireworks show. (FREE) July 4, 2015 at 10:00 pm

Denton’s Kiwanis Club Fireworks Show: The City of Denton has a big fireworks display hosted by the Denton Kiwanis Club. (FREE) July 4, 2015 at 6:00 pm

Fair Park Fourth: An all-day celebration is held in Dallas at Fair Park. Rides, Games, & Concessions will be available all day. You can view the fireworks from within the Cotton Bowl. (FREE) July 4, 2015, fireworks at 9:45 pm

Flower Mound Independence Fest & Fireworks Show: An all-day celebration that begins with a parade and ends with fireworks. Bands perform all day.  (FREE) July 4, 2015 at 9:50 pm

Fort Worth – Willie Nelson’s 4th of July Picnic: All day concert near the FW Stockyards. Concert prices apply. July 4, 2015

Fort Worth’s Fourth: A day of family fun & activities on the banks of the Trinity River (FREE) July 4, 2015, fireworks at 10:00 pm

Fort Worth Symphony’s Old Fashioned Family Fireworks Picnic: Three nights of an Independence Day concert & fireworks in the FW Botanical Gardens.  July 2-4, 2015 at 8:15 pm

Frisco Freedom Fest: Party in the plaza with food, family activities and end the night with fireworks.  (FREE) July 4, 2015 at 10:20 pm

Grand Prairie’s Lone Stars and Stripes: Family Fun & racing at Lone Star park throughout the day. Fireworks show at night. Admission applies. July 4, 2015 at 10:00 pm

Grapevine’s July 4th Fireworks Extravaganza: Fireworks form the Lake Grapevine can be seen from several spots around town. (FREE) July 4, 2015 at 9:30 pm

Hurst Stars & Stripes: Family fun event featuring children’s activities, music & food. (FREE) July 4, 2015 at 9:30 pm

Irving Independence Day Celebration: Family event with food, fun & fireworks  (FREE) July 4, 2015 at 9:30 pm

McKinney’s Red, White, & Boom: Parade & Car Show in downtown McKinney. Evening festival & fireworks later that night.  July 4, 2015 at 9:45 pm

Lewisville Castle Hills Freedom Festival: Family festival with food trucks, life music, and fireworks. (FREE) July 4, 2015 at 9:30 pm

Plano’s All-American Fourth: Family fun event featuring children’s activities, music & food Fireworks timed to music starting at 9:45pm.

Richardson’s Family 4th Celebration: Fireworks following a concert by the Richardson Community Band. (FREE) July 4, 2015 at 9:45 pm

The Colony’s Liberty by the Lake: All day festival that includes a drum line, magic show, & BMX Stunt Show! July 4, 2015 at 9:30 pm
