Omni Fort Worth Cast Iron Offers Rio Dishes in Honor of Olympics

Screen Shot 2016-07-28 at 5.49.14 AMAre you as excited for the Olympics as I am?  Cast Iron at Omni Fort Worth Hotel is celebrating by offering patrons the opportunity to experience the flavors of Rio de Janeiro.

Starting next week, August 1 – 20, the hotel restaurant will be offering special dishes including Pao De Queijio (Brazilian cheese bread), Cordeiro Estilo Brasa (brasa style lamb), Lenta Costeleta de Carne de Porco Assada (slow roasted pork chops), and Mango Pudim de Leite Condensado (Brazilian style flan) for dessert, among others. Special cocktails include a traditional Caipirinaha (the national drink of Brazil),  cucumber strawberry caipirinha, and a Paulista (known as the drink of San Paulo, Brazil)
