On the Border features Rock the Border specials and live music this July!
Rock the Border, and treat yourself to a little downtime this Summer! Busy schedules for travel plans, sending kids to camp and endless outdoor activities can take its toll. That’s why On the Border is the perfect getaway for a night out this July. Cool drink specials, live music on the patio and amazing Mexican food sounds pretty amazing, doesn’t it?
Here in Texas, Mexican food is a staple, and On The Border is our favorite cantina and grill. Not only do they offer classic south of the border dishes like tacos and enchiladas, they add their own delicious twists, too.
I grabbed the Monterey Ranch Chicken Fajitas made with mesquite-grilled chicken, bacon, Jack cheese, and ranch dressing. Of course, I had to pair that with a bottle of Estrella Jalisco for only $2.50 – one of the Rock The Border specials this month!
Rock the Border is a one-of-a-kind, 5-week music series featuring the best local and up-and-coming artists from around the country. Each of the acts has been hand-picked for their signature Summer sound and local popularity.
