Sam’s Club has a new FREE event that is open to everyone on Saturday, September 13th from 11 AM-3 PM. Sam’s Club will host free diabetes awareness health screenings. The screenings are free and available to Sam’s Club members as well as the public at all Sam’s Club locations with a pharmacy. The health screening event will feature free diabetes tests for those looking to prevent diabetes as well as individuals who have been diagnosed with diabetes.
The screenings are valued at $250 and include tests for:
• A1C blood test
• Glucose
• Total Cholesterol, HDL (good cholesterol)
• Risk Ratio (relationship between total cholesterol and HDL cholesterol)
• Blood Pressure
• Body Fat Percentage
