Wow, if you love pizza you’re going to want to hear about what Sbarro came out with. I’m not a huge “red sauce” kind of girl and neither is my daughter. But Ava and I walked by the Grapevine Mills SBARRO restaurant and saw this picture of the new 4 Cheese pizza. I’m telling you it was the best piece of pizza we’ve had in a VERY long time. The 4 Cheese pizza combines 100% whole milk mozzarella with asiago, romano and ricotta. We thought it was delicious. Even more, we loved the crust of the pizza too!
Why? Because it’s made of premium cheeses and a savory garlic taste. The pie starts with freshly made dough and is covered with a layer of garlic-infused oil. A creamy white sauce made with whole milk ricotta comes next, and then it’s then topped with 100% whole milk mozzarella, romano and asiago cheeses. Each pizza is finished with fresh Italian parsley and features a flavored garlic butter herb crust. This premium pie will be available at participating Sbarro eateries until August 5, 2015.

My daughter and I shared a slice…well, in reality, Ava ended up eating MOST of it because she liked it so much. I can’t tell you how good it makes me feel to find her food that she will actually eat. As you can see from her face, she was experiencing a little “slice of heaven”!
I was amazed at how much the menu as changed at Sbarro…of course they have lotos of yummy New York style pizza, but they also have stromboli, pastas and salads — all freshly made in-house daily.
Next time your at your local Sbarro you’ll probably notice a ton new menu items and remodeled stores. They’ve also re-launched their eclub! Don’t forget you get a free slice just for signing up, along with a free birthday slice too!
