The national cuisine of Texas meets the dietary laws of the Bible in the Second Annual Dallas Kosher BBQ Championship. Under the supervision of Dallas Kosher and the world-renowned Kansas City Barbeque Society, teams from around Texas and beyond will compete in a delectable, family-friendly event that is sure to draw a big crowd.
The daylong festival includes music, food, a play zone for kids, barbecue preparation and demonstrations, judging, award presentations, and more. Similar events around the country regularly attract dozens of teams from all over.
Proceeds will benefit programs and initiatives of the Congregation Beth Torah Men’s Club as well as our charity recipient, CHAI (Community Homes for Adults, Inc.).
