Restaurant Freebies:

Applebees ~ Stop in to a participating Applebee’s on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 to get your Veterans day free meal. You’ll be able to choose a meal from a limited Veterans Day menu that includes items like steak, cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, and more.

Baskin Robbins ~ Try New First Class Camouflage + Donate To the USO in November

BJ’s ~ BJ’s will be giving free meals to veterans on Tuesday, November 11, 2014, valued up to $9.95. Contact your local BJ’s to get details on their Veterans Day promotion before heading out.

Carrabba’s ~ If you are a veteran or active military member, you can stop by a Carrabba’s near you and get a free appetizer of your choice on Tuesday, November 11.

Cici’s ~ CiCi’s Pizza is giving free buffets for all veterans who show their military ID. Call your local restaurant to confirm!

Cotton Patch ~ Cotton Patch Cafe is giving out free Veterans Day meals to veterans and active military on November 11, 2014.
You can get a free full size chicken fried steak or chicken fried chicken as long as you bring along a military ID.

California Pizza Kitchen ~ Veterans Day free meal as well and both veterans and those in active military duty can take advantage. Stop by your local California Pizza Kitchen on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 to choose a pizza, full size salad, or pasta from the special Veterans Day Menu when you dine-in.

Champp’s ~ Champps is giving veterans and active duty military a free burger and fries on Tuesday, November 11, 2014. Call your local Champp’s to confirm!

Chili’s ~ Visit a participating Chili’s on Tuesday, November 11, 2014, to get your Veterans Day free meal if you are a veteran or on active military duty. You’ll need to show proof of military service to get your Veterans Day free meal.

Denny’s ~ Stop by Denny’s on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 and all active, non-active, and retired military personnel can get a free build your own Grand Slam from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m

Einstein Bagels ~ Any veteran can stop by their local Einstein Bros Bagels on Tuesday, November 11 and get a free coffee.
No purchase is required to get the free coffee. Show military ID.

El Fenix ~ El Fenix provides a free meal on Tuesday, November 11. A special Veterans Day menu will be offered to these all-American heroes. They can choose from: Cheese Enchiladas, One Cheese Enchilada, One Meat Taco or One Cheese Enchilada, One Cheese Taco and One Beef Tamale.

Fox & Hound ~ Stop into a Fox and Hound location near you on Tuesday, November 11 for a free burger for all veterans and active duty military.

Golden Corral ~ On Monday, November 17, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Golden Corral will be giving out Veterans Day free meals and a beverage to any person who has ever served in the U.S. military or is on current active duty. This includes retirees, veterans, National Guard or Reserves.

Houlihan’s ~ Houlihan’s is giving free entrees up to a $15 value to veterans and active military personnel on Monday, November 11, 2013.

IKEA ~ IKEA will be giving out free entrees to active, reserve, or retired service members November 9 – 11. The Veterans Day free meal will include a sandwich, hot dish, or entree salad.

Krispy Kreme ~ Veterans can start their Veterans Day off with a free breakfast at Krispy Kreme that includes a doughnut and a small coffee. No purchase is necessary.

Menchie’s ~ Menchie’s will be giving out free 6 oz. cups of frozen yogurt to veterans and active duty military all day on Veterans Day. Show military ID or dress in uniform.

McCormick & Schmick’s ~ Veterans can stop into your local McCormick & Schmick’s on Sunday, November 9, 2014 to get a Veterans Day free meal. There’s a special Veterans Day menu. Bring in official verification. This offer is for dine-in only, and it’s recommended to make a reservation before November 9.

Olive Garden ~ Olive Garden is having a Veterans Day free meal for all active-duty military and military veterans who provide proof of service on Tuesday, November 11, 2014. Veterans can choose a free entree from a special menu of Olive Garden’s seven most popular items. All of these entrees come with freshly baked garlic breadsticks and a choice of unlimited soup or salad.

On the Border ~ Veterans and active duty military members a free Create Your Own Combo meal where they’ll get to choose 2 or 3 selections of soup, salad, tacos, tostadas, enchiladas, and other classics. You’ll need to bring military service proof such as a U.S. Uniform Services ID Card, a U.S. Uniform Services Retired ID card, Current Leave and Earnings Statement, Veterans Organizations Card, DD214, or Citation/Commendation.

Outback Steakhouse ~ Stop into any Outback Steakhouse on November 11, 2014 to get a free Bloomin’ Onion and beverage. This offer is for veterans as well as active duty and retired military as long as proof of service is shown, like wearing a uniform or showing military ID. Outback Steakhouse is also giving out a military discount of 15% off the total check November 12 to December 31, 2014.

Paciugo’s ~ Paciugo’s will be giving veterans and active duty military service members a free 12 oz. Gelatte on Monday, November 11, 2013. Guests must provide proof of service to take advantage of this Veterans Day free offer.

Red Lobster ~ Active duty military, reserve, and military veterans can stop by Red Lobster and get a free appetizer Monday, November 10 through Thursday, November 13, 2014.

Starbucks ~ Starbucks will be giving out free tall brewed coffees to veterans, active duty military, and their spouses on Veterans Day. Call ahead to make sure your local Starbucks is participating. For every Veterans Starbucks Card or Starbucks Card eGift, purchased November 4 – 11, Starbucks will donate $5 to Onward Veterans*, an initiative to support and empower veterans and their families as they transition to civilian life. Together we can say “thank you”.

Texas Roadhouse ~ Texas Roadhouse will be giving away Veterans Day free meals for lunch on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 to active, former, or retired military. Free entrees include your choice of steak, country fried chicken, country fried sirloin, pulled pork, pork chop, cheeseburger, BBQ chicken sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, grilled chicken salad, or chicken critter salad plus your choice of sides. You’ll also get a free coca-cola product, tea, or coffee. You’ll need to bring in a military ID, Veterans Affairs card, or Discharge papers for proof of service.

TGI Friday’s ~ T.G.I. Friday’s will be having free lunch for all veterans on Monday, November 11, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at participating locations. Be sure to contact your local T.G.I Friday’s for details.

Twin Peaks ~ Twin Peaks will be giving free food to veterans and active military members November 11, 2013.

Travel Centers of America ~ This is only for CDL drivers who are also veterans. All CDL drivers who are also military veterans will get a Veterans Day free meal at participating full service restaurants inside Travel Centers of America on Tuesday, November 11

Lone Star Steakhouse – Lone Star Steakhouse will be offering veterans a free Starter on Veterans Day this year.

Hooters – Veterans and active military members can get a free meal at Hooters on Tuesday, November 11 with purchase of a drink.

Fuddruckers Bar & Grill – With purchase of a drink and proof of service, active and retired military members can get a free All-American Burger and fries at Fuddruckers Bar & Grill.

Uno Pizzeria & Grill – UNO Pizzeria & Grill will offer veterans and active duty military a free entrée or individual pizza with the purchase of an entrée or pizza of equal or greater value on November 11, 2014. Military ID is required.

Red Hot & Blue Restaurants Veterans will get a free entree with purchase of second entree at Red Hot & Blue Restaurants November 10-12, 2014.

DoubleTree by Hilton ~ Free giveaways of DoubleTree by Hilton signature chocolate chip cookies from 11am-2 pm at Klyde Warren Park, delivering cookies to the Veteran’s Resource Center at the Homeless Veteran’s Services of Dallas, veterans and active duty military members can visit any DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Dallas – with or without a reservation – to receive a free cookie, use #CookieCare on social media to recognize someone they would like to share #CookieCare with on this special day and DoubleTree may just send a surprise cookie delivery their way!

Free Haircuts at Great Clips – Veterans and active/inactive/retired military members can stop into Great Clips on Tuesday, November 11 and get a free haircut or pickup a free haircut card to use before the end of the year. Anyone can stop in to get their haircut and receive a free haircut card that they can give to a veteran.

Free Haircuts at Sports Clips – Veterans and active duty U.S. service members can stop in on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 to get a free haircut at any participating Sports Clips.

Free Entrance Into National Parks – This freebie is in honor of Veterans Day but everyone can take part in it. Over 100 national parks will waive admission fees on November 11, 2014 in honor of Veterans Day.

Free Night Lodging at B&B’s Around the Country – Vets can stay the night at over 200 participating B&B’s and inns around the country on Monday, November 10 and Tuesday, November 11, 2014. Reservations for your free stay can be made now and are only available while supplies last. There are also many Canadian B&Bs participating this year.

AARP ~From October 30th to November 13th, anyone can enjoy 20% off AARP membership dues, and when a new membership is purchased, AARP will use a portion of the dues to help provide RealPad™ computer tablets to veterans to help them stay connected. AARP also offers a 20% off year-round membership discount solely for men and women of the military who are 50+ years of age, including veterans, active duty, military retirees, National Guard, reservists, and military spouses.

Dollar General 11% Veterans Day Discount – Veterans, active military members, and their families will get 11% off their in-store or online purchase at Dollar General on Veterans Day.

Grizzly Industrial: 5% off all purchases for active, veteran and retired military personnel from Nov. 11-28, 2014.

Home Depot 10% Veterans Day Discount– Home Depot is branching their military discount out to include all veterans for Veterans Day. Veterans can save 10% off any purchase.

JCPenney 20% Discount – JCPenney will give anyone with a military ID or proof of service 20% off their purchases November 3-15, in-store only.

Jo Ann Fabric and Craft Stores – Past and present military members plus their dependents will get 20% off their total purchase at Jo Ann’s November 7-11.

Lowe’s 10% Military Discount – Lowe’s has a 10% military discount for current, retired, and VA members. This also applies to immediate family.
