Baskin-Robbins has canceled its Celebrate 31 promotion on Halloween to help limit large crowds and encourage social distancing. Instead, the restaurant is offering a $0 delivery fee on all Baskin-Robbins orders of $10 or more through Uber Eats from October 29 – November 4. Sweet!
