This Sunday, the streets of Fort Worth will be filled with hundreds of illuminated floats, 500,000 lights and more as the XTO Energy Parade of Lights at Sundance Square makes its way around downtown!

Parade goers also will see giant balloons, antique cars, marching bands, precision equestrian units, horse-drawn carriages and groups of carolers celebrating “The Melodies of Christmas” on the 1.58-mile parade route. Santa and Mrs. Claus will also be making an appearance on the specially designed, LED-lighted grand finale float. Cowboy Santas will ride around the route collecting toys for kids in need at 5:30 p.m.

Starting at 2 p.m., there’ll be holiday entertainment and activities at Sundance Square Plaza.  The parade starts at 6 p.m. at Belknap and Throckmorton and ends at Houston and Weatherford streets. This parade is FREE but reserved seats are available for starting at $11.

Park for free at Farrington Field and ride the shuttle ($3 per person or $5 per couple). Shuttle service starts at 2 p.m. and ends at 10 p.m.
