Tomorrow at 2PM, Barnes & Nobles stores across the country will be hosting a LEGO Architecture Studio Event for ages 14 and up (yes, this event is designed for teenagers and adults only). You’ll get to build with LEGO Architecture Studio blocks, discuss the inspiration for your build, and explore how you can use basic architecture shapes and principles to influence your build. Space is limited and advance sign-up is required; sign up at your local store or give your local Barnes & Noble store a call.

Don’t miss the Kids Fish Event at your local Bass Pro Shops on Oct 17, 2015 Learn how to bait your own hook and catch live fish in their pond.

Blaze Pizza in Frisco is teaming up with four breweries new to the Dallas/Fort Worth market for a beer tap takeover to raise funds for Operation Kindness, a no-kill animal shelter in Carrollton.
The fundraiser from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct 17th includes live music from Lone Star Bottle Band and beer samplers from the breweries that are new to FullClip Craft Distributors: Noble Rey, Back Country Brewery, Texas Ale Project and Guns & Oil Brewing Co.

Don’t miss the Free concert by country superstar Trace Adkins and appearance by Dallas Cowboys legend Darren Woodson! Woodson will serve as emcee for the day, which will be packed with fun activities! Throughout the day, fans can compete in a variety of fun games and activities, including a re-creation of the Cowboys Football Academy training camp and a football toss challenge. Other activities include mini golf, a bean bag toss, ping pong, an inflatable slide and face-painting.
