The 5th Annual Trinity River Wind Festival has been rescheduled forSaturday, October 24th from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.The festival is a unique City of Dallas event that celebrates the Trinity River, the great outdoors and the power of wind. Activities will be held throughout the day at the Dallas Floodway at Riverfront Blvd. and Commerce Street.

UFC Gym Flower Mound turns 1 year old on October 24th! From 9-2 there will be free classes at 9 a.m.,11a.m., and 1p.m. There are also FREE personal coaching sessions. Not to mention prize raffles, including a 55″ HDTV.

*Watters Creek Halloween Celebration
Watters Creek will play host to Carson’s Crusaders 6th Annual Trek or Treat 5K and Fun Run beginning at 7:30 a.m. The center’s Halloween festivities kick off at noon with Bach & Broomsticks, which includes kid-friendly activities and family fun throughout the day. Concerts by the Creek from 7 – 10 p.m. featuring Bach Suites and Two Feet Beats wraps up the day’s events with a fusion of Bach and Gershwin in an eclectic and vibrant performance.
