On Saturday, November 16th, head into your local participating Target where they will be hosting a FREE L.O.L. Surprise Winter Disco Event!
On November 16th from 11AM to 2PM, kids are invited to color cutout sunglasses, take a picture at the photo booth and participate in giveaways. As part of this event, guests may be able to score keychains and lip glosses, while supplies last.
