About Norma’s Cafe

Norma’s Cafe is a Dallas home cooking institution. Founded in 1956, Norma’s Cafe serves up hot, fresh, and savory home-style meals, with a sinful Texan flare, which are sure to make your mouth water. The original location has been operating in Oak Cliff for 60 years. Norma’s Cafe has two other locations located in North Dallas and Frisco, as well as its newest cafe located in Caruth Plaza on Park Lane. Norma’s Cafe is the rare type of cafe that one can stop by for a cup of freshly brewed coffee or a full-on family meal and leave equally satisfied. Norma’s Cafe staples include big breakfasts, characterized by fluffy biscuits and gravy, satisfying dinners with award-winning chicken fried steak, and homemade, Mile-High Pies™ for dessert. Norma’s Cafe is the one, the only, the original.

About Dallas DogRRR

Dallas DogRRR is a group of dedicated, animal-loving volunteers who support the abandoned dogs of Dallas, Texas, by collecting supplies, paying vet bills, locating foster and forever families, facilitating adoptions, and advocating for a more hopeful future. We are often seen in the trenches of SE Dallas searching for and rescuing forgotten dogs.

We have no administrative fees; no one is on payroll. Every single cent that is donated goes directly to paying for vet bills and food/supplies for our rescued dogs, as well as for boarding (for those that don’t have fosters). We are simply a group of volunteers motivated by the inspiring rescue stories that we get to be a part of every day!
