Mingle with the boldest and bravest of foodies and the hottest celebrity chefs. Sample fiery sauce, salsas, even chocolates and learn how to use them in recipes and remedies. Join an Atomic Wing Eating Contest, Puckerbutt’s Jalapeno Eating Contest or attend a bonafide Pig Roast. You can do all of this and more at ZestFest, January 27 – 29.

You don’t have to be a hot ‘n’ spicy food connoisseur to get in on the action. Enjoy live music, celebrity chef cooking demos, interactive contests, and samples of thousands of bold foods. Most products are available for purchase, so take advantage and stock the pantry with these one-of- a-kind items that can’t be found at your local grocer.

For the last 17 years, ZestFest has brought together spicy food lovers in a quest to introduce their palates to new and exotic flavors from over 150 exhibitors. ZestFest exhibitors from around the country showcase their products for during this one sizzling weekend. From ‘mom & pop’ brands to industry leaders, ZestFest provides an opportunity for companies to put their wares in front of not only the consumer, but also those in the industry, including retail buyers and restaurants.

The celebrity chef line-up includes “the Butcher Babe,” Chef Bonnell, DFW’s Chef Eddie Dean and our very own convention center Chef Eduardo Alvarez. Alvarez, formerly the Executive Chef of the Dallas Cowboys, will take the stage Saturday at 11 a.m.
