My husband is an avid outdoor griller, so I jumped at the chance to review a handy, new product from Cave Tools- the Kabob Rack Set. We have all gone to a fancy restaurant and ordered a kabob dish that has made us think “Could I make this at home?”. Then you buy all the ingredients and those little bamboo skewers to find out it is not as easy as it looks!
Well, here is where this Cave Tools Kabob Set comes in to make your life a lot easier! First off, the included skewers are flat (not round) so putting your meat and veggies on them is a snap and they won’t slide all around. Then you just simply place the skewers onto the rack and place the rack on your grill. You can easily rotate the skewers while on the rack to get even cooking and my favorite detail of this set is the built in food slider easily pushes all food off the skewer! I made some delicious Pesto Chicken Kabobs last night using this and the fact that the meat was not resting directly on the grill surface made clean-up a breeze!
